Niccas being *slightly* dramatic, but only slightly lol cuz it is considered the greyhound of cruise lines compared to Royal Caribbean, Norwegian, Viking, and Disney for a reason.

On a good day, with whatever sale is going on, you can def find a Carnival cruise going to Mexico or the Bahama for about 3-4 hundo and some change per person. As opposed to the others, which will be around 6-8 hundo per person bare minimum & that's more so just RC....the other 3 I mentioned gonna bang you ova the head way worse than that.

Edit: just checc'd one of my receipts from way back & had a full 4 day cruise wit me and my lady for less than 800 wit Carnival, compared to this year, we going to Bermuda on RC & that was prolly 1 ticket with an employee discount

Weed smoking is not a “black” thing and if its still an illegal substance in some states then it shouldn’t be allowed on cruises.

What's the legality in states got to do with anything? You are in the middle of the ocean. Technically it shouldn't matter. And this is coming from a person that is all for disallowing weed. I just don't care for the hypocrisy of it all. I think weed and alcohol is a problem. Alcohol more so. The only reason I'm against the weed is because you can't contain the smell. And some people just don't wanna smell that shyt. But the alcohol, it's mostly just affecting the person drinking it. It's not wafting across the entirety of the ship.

So I don't mind them cracking down on it. Just not for the legality reason. They can miss me with that. All this pearl clutching about weed while they are still heavily pushing alcohol is crazy to me.

And notice they mentioned limiting the alcohol to 15 drinks WITH THE DRINK PACKAGE. But you can still buy drinks without the drink package. What do you wanna bet they would cut you off after your 15th drink on the package, but still let you buy drinks a la carte? I can almost guarantee they would. But of course, it isn't a problem then because you're handing them more money. SMH.

Don't fall for this corporate virtue signaling. Carnival has had a steadily increasing reputation as a ghetto ass cruise. And it is because it's cheap and alcohol is rampant. And it isn't just black folks. But black folks are going to get the blame and the easiest way to make it look as if you're improving things is to make it look like you are putting nikkas in their place.
