The absolute funniest thing about this thread is that the nikkas riding the hardest to prove that the bubble is fake are the “fans” of the team who won. :mjlol:

Can’t stop, 10Bandz, Torrential, Trojan24, Blk28. Why am I not surprised that the bum nikka avengers flew in here to assemble like voltron as always. :dead:

The difference between the Lakers fandom on places like Reddit and RealGM versus here is hilarious. LWO is literally just a group of nikkas who would bend over and let Kobe penetrate them if the opportunity presented itself. These nikkas DO NOT like their team, they just don’t know who else to watch now that their father is gone. :russ:
You still browsing racist ass real GM boards in 2025:picard::picard:thats how you judge fandom?

You should go be with your people breh Brother:mjpls::mjpls:

Brother your long ass dissertation is a lot of smart dumb speak but does not answer the question I originally asked.

I’ll ask again, if the bubble is a fluke why did 3 of the final 4 teams go on to return to the finals (some multiples times), with Boston and Denver eventually getting rings of their own. I’ll wait…

Your “counter point” is “well why didn’t the Lakers make it back?” The answer is obvious, the Westbrook trade completely changed their roster.

3 out of the 4 bubble teams have made the finals since then while the actually winner (that has the Minnie Mouse ring) hasn't even sniffed it since. And the team they actually beat to get to the finals that year has been mollywhopping them upside the head ever since.

Typical Bron/Bron groupie move is to blame everyone else around Lebron except, well, Lebron. Bron is the one who pushed for Westbrook then shamelessly sat back and watched him take the blame for being the EXACT SAME player he has always been. Pathetic...And all his teams get burnt over like that so there's a pattern. Lebron sat in the corner praying when Kyrie cooked Steph to hit the game 7 winner. The following year he was already pushing to trade Kyrie out of Cleveland when the going got tough. Again, pathetic....
:scust:
But more hilarious is the fact that you’re actually too smooth brained to realize that your big “gotcha moment” concedes that the bubble is real, because you can’t actually answer why the best teams in the bubble continued to be the best teams for the subsequent 4-5 years. :dead:

You keep deflecting but I’m not a double digit iq club member like you so I won’t fall for it.

Saying “bu but what about the Lakers” does not change the fact that Miami went back to the Finals, Boston went twice and won one, and Denver one won. Nor does it change the fact that the final 4 teams in 2023 were the same ones in the bubble, coincidentally right when the Lakers got rid of WB.

I will spell this out for you because it’s clear you’re literally a fukking idiot. Your argument that “changing the parameters surrounding the game affects it” falls apart because when we returned to the default parameters it was still largely the same teams cooking.

Those teams were already good BEFORE the bubble happened. Why wouldn't they be good after? :snoop:

If the parameters don't matter then that means we could take all NBA playoff teams to a Saudi Arabia that's under martial law and expect the same results we'd get under a regular season? Of course not. But you have to defend Lebron at all costs so you'll always ignore the obvious. I get it but everyone's on to the "make excuses" or "blame everyone but myself when we lose but take the credit when we win" schtick

And the Lakers weren’t? They were literally the best team in the NBA even before Covid shutdown and yall act like it’s a crime they won the title when it was the likely outcome regardless of the bubble. What is your dumbass even saying? :laff:

The Heat, Celtics, and Nuggets were good teams before the bubble season. They were good enough to be amongst the final 4 teams in the bubble. And they continued to go to the finals AFTER the bubble, with Boston and Denver each winning a ring.

So..doesn’t that mean the results of the bubble are real? :dead:

Congrats brother your big “gotcha moment” is your dumbass proving my fukking point without even realizing it :laff:

Weren’t the Lakers the number 1 team in the nba before the shutdown?

They literally had no home court advantage

Thecoli: Home of Revisionist History :russ:
Fake Laker fans were rooting for the team to fail all season long even while they were #1 before the shutdown. They were dreading having to possibly witness Lebron leading the Lakers to a championship (especially since it was on track to happen the same season where they were in mourning) so they were ecstatic when the season was postponed:russ:
