I've never been to NO, but that "60 day murder" rule seems like a clever way to deceptively name an oppressive law.
So the police could hold a SUSPECT with no charges, but the fact they could only keep an uncharged person in jail for 60 days is fukked up? The unlawful detention while building a case (or trumping up charges) is the fukked up part, IMO.
