Got a Muslim name. Can't finesse that :yeshrug:
Even better, Work the Asian/ Arab angle.

You can be a Spicy white Egyptian on paper. Technically they won't call you out on it because in America people from MENA no matter how black they are, are considered apart of the white race. Dumb? Yes. But you should take advantage of these western ideals and flip them to your advantage.

For the record I don't have any kids. I was a nanny for a decade. I've helped raise dozens of kids. I consider all of them my kids. people don't listen, created some lie, and ran with it.

I dated a girl with two kids for years. I didn't father any of those kids, but I love them like I did. I taught them to read and walk. I was the third parent.

I've said this a lot on here, but people love to gossip so I just let them.

They said I was projecting myself onto a child who was expressing himself that way before I met him, that is outrageous. lol that's why I was outraged. if anything, he influenced me to drop the macho shyt. before I met him I was a sterotypical soccer player.

I didn't start wrapping my hair until after I stopped being a nanny. my kids never saw me with my hair wrapped.

I also had MY OWN BUSINESS FOR ALMOST TEN YEARS. I bought a 30k dollar car, had two empoyees, and rented two apartments. I really don't need advice from someone who's generated and managed less wealth than me. I also have power of attorney for a large estate. and I talk to my lawyers regularly about wealth management.

I worked for a public accountant and even she told me to use all cash and appear poor on paper. I also refuse to own a home or use credit. property tax in California is expensive. and credit and loans are a great way to get stuck working a job to pay bills.

I work my job because I love it. it paying the three bills I have is a perk. I don't Iike being tied down. I own my car. I have just under 3 grand debt. I'm almost 30. trust me I'm good.
I feel the same way...I just worry about having to pay rent when I'm retired and old. I still go back and forth and I live in NYC so property tax is costly as well.

Can you tell me about some benefits of seeming poor on paper?

I have access to social services that other people don't. I don't get credit card offers. and when I do go to back to school the government is going to pay for most of it. if not all of it.

When you have your own business you pay taxes differently than other people. officially I only made 12k a year from my business so I only paid taxes on that.

I had certain clients write me checks and I'd deposit those into the bank account at the bank my girl worked at. 90% of my clients paid me in cash.

Remember the more money you make the less help you have. and you are losing more money due to taxes. I was making thousands of dollars a month untaxed for years.

I had like 40 clients paying me small amounts rather than milking a handful of clients for big checks. I'm all about the quick flip. I'd rather sell one hundred dimes than a pound.

I started going mostly cash-only coupl years back. Easier to track your spending when your allowance is in your wallet.

I spend a lot less now. Already have good credit so I'm not worried about showing a payment history.

I have a good job...it's a job where people assume you have lots of money and that's never a good thing.

I always knew I had to cancel direct deposit but I got bills that will be a hassle to pay if they wasn't auto deducted from my account.....I can't see myself paying bills in a check cashing spot either.

I agree with everything except the not owning a home part but thats for my own reasons. I'm hoping to buy 2 properties and have them paid off by the time I'm 50.

If you're single or the type that moves around a lot then its understandable but staying in the same spot for more than 10yrs paying rent isn't the type of move I can see myself making.

:pachaha:at the bolded. breh you can't be a POA for an estate. You mean you are the administer or executor of the estate? a POA is a document for a person while they are living. And you got attorneys managing your wealth? I would hope not and you meant a Financial Planner.

Off topic - yeah not having credit or a bank account is non-productive. Sorry, there is no GOOD reason outside of criminal activity to not have either one...breh.
