Things like this is what keeps employees happy, as long as the current wage isn’t some slave labor shyt. Employees want recognition, team building, and fun activities.
We have a lot more success retaining associates or getting them to work OT when we do things like cater lunch, bring in basketball goals, or have family nights than we do when we just throw out money.
