Both good in their prime. I would probably say Cassidy, but Fab has more versatility, more consistent, and better song making. Cass fell off hard after the case and car crash, but the 04/05 bars were

Prime Cass got a edge by just a little bit as far as bars.
But Fab stayed good for a much longer time and made better songs with much more versatility. Even though he couldn't make a decent album to save his life.
