Maybe he forgets that there is footage of the original G-Unit team harrassing video model Lyrisse Crosse when 50 did a photo shoot with her. They showed her jetting out of her trailer after the goons went in there. I believe the footage was in the dvd that was bundled with Get Rich or Die Trying.
The shoot took place in NYC, and technically the model could have sued him
