Would you say the change was for the better?

even 10-15 years ago they had expensive lofts, but i haven't been over there since it blew blew which was in recent years. i was over there a few years ago. it had some upgrades but it was still the same janky night life situation which is cool to me. that's all i go over there for.

that's right by the auc and west end which was run down but now has upgrades. i'm not opposed to upgrades but i'm sure it's hard to find affordable housing which is a con to some. it wouldn't be a con to me.

so overall i would say im neutral about it.

Living/leasing space for business over there is not the same as owning over there.

Brooklyn keeps on taking it.
It's mostly black in terms of businesses but whites own a lot of the lofts

Exactly and this is what black people don’t get about gentrification. You can own all the businesses you want but businesses have nothing do with residential real estate.

forte green also has many black businesses up here but that neighborhood is no longer majority black. Harlem world also

I was wondering because it seems like they were trying to say it’s not gentrified but also saying it’s gentrified in the same report lol. They didn’t even talk to anybody else besides the barbershop and that other dude. You’d think they’d have mad people available for this story If it’s not gentrified. Nice try though.. the video looked pretty good

:mjlol: at you remedial nikkas not understanding the difference between who lives in an area vs who actually owns the property in said area.

Alot of CACs can live in the area, yet the majority of the property owners can also be black at the same time, as the News is saying.
