It's a good game but not a CV game. And it's not on par with Classicvanias an Metroidvanias.

I think the Dracula origins in LOS was quite interesting.

I defended the game myself against SOTN stans out there because it wasn't really a bad game. But at the same time it doesn't feel much like old CV games.

It still retain many features from original CV. LOS didn't have hearts to collect nor does have floating candles to smash.


SOTN still have those pot roast on the wall, hearts and floating candles to smash. And it's 2D too.

Despite having a dope soundtrack, this game is hard as fukk. Christoper walks like a fat fukk and jumps like he had a blue ball. And worst, his whip reverts back to leather when hit. Not to mention platforming is really difficult
