did you even watch the video, he talks about WRITING it down, when he says "that was off the top of the dome by the way" you can hear the sarcasm in his voice & see it in his face. he "freestyled" it as in he just wrote what was coming to his head and didn't put much if any thought into it as a concept. Em has always been like a rap encyclopaedia so for him to pull out some of those flows & references to old songs isn't much. at the end it say it took him 90 secs to write it, they're both laughing.
