edit: Nvm I thought you were talking about the joint he released in 2012 called"He Still Think He Raw". Didn't even know he came out with one called "He Think He Raw". I'm about to do the knowledge on both of those.

He think he raw was also full of weak production save the Alc beat. I haven't played that since the year it dropped.

I think his smash Rockwell album has the most good beats of any Casual album post fear itself excluding the mostly excellent album he did with j Rawls in 2011.

What's your technique to punch without breaking the hand? Do you try and land the punch leading with your two big knuckles ( index & middle)?

Never broke my hand tho. I ain't no boxer or mma cat. Just went off the basics I was taught by pops n my uncles back in the day.....

Try n land with the knuckes like you said. Avoid the forehead/head, aim for the chin or nose, try not to bend the wrist. Tighten your fist right before you make contact.

It sound simple but it always worked for me
