These folks killed that baby. I think a 9 month old could have moved its head enough to move the cat or piss it off enough until it got up and attacked. If this was a 9 day or 9 week old I would believe it
It's the middle of winter in Ukraine, my guess is the kid was all bundled up to stay warm in the cradle and probably couldn't move much.
