Visited a Muslim country once and will never forget walking down the street once to see a cat crossing the street.

Cars on both sides of the street halted to let this cat fully cross from one side to another. I watched the entire scene like . It was like watching one of those videos where cars halt for a mama duck and her ducklings.

Except this was one cat...

I couldn't help but muse how this same kitty in the USA would likely have just become street pizza.



Blew my mind though.
