Pull Up the Roots
Breakfast for dinner.
I'm a 50-year-old Black man and I've dealt with racism my entire life, especially growing up in the Midwest. And especially as a blue-collar worker. That you feel entitled to tell me I haven't, and act like you get to define what racism is, only proves the exact point I made: you're an ignorant, arrogant racist.I’m almost certain you never dealt with racism in real life because if you think my lack of a strong opinion over that issue is all it takes, that says a lot about you.
I know who I am and I am not a racist person. I am an open minded, progressive man who judges people on Their actions and not their skin tone.
You’re a broken record who needs to interact with the real world instead arguing, playing the same tune, over stuff that was said years ago. Go outside.
This isn't about a "lack of strong opinion." It's about the way you mocked and minimized Black concerns, used language rooted in anti-Blackness, and then tried to dodge accountability with a weak-ass cliche. None of that erases what you actually said. None of that erases who you truly are.
You're not open-minded AT ALL. You haven't shown any willingness to actually listen and learn. You want to lecture Black people on what is or isn't real racism, and when we push back, you resort to tired insults and cry victim. You're a coward.
Man we really are OGs in this piece
