Happens to the best of them. That's why the rule exists. After all he is still a rookie coach going through his first experience on a stage this large. Managing a team full of superstar egos, with plenty of injuries and other fukkery to manage. I think he's done a really good job considering the circumstances.

He was hired before they knew Bron was coming back. They probably would have made the hire regardless because of his reputation in the Euroleague.:jagswhy:
This hiring is still head scratching to me. I have to believe Lebron was aware and told good things of this hire before he signed. Was it understood by Blatt that if/when Bron signs he has creative control? (yes Hogan)

Tbh, i think he is just going along with what will make them win now and hasn't really had the time to think long and hard about implementing his real playing style. It takes time and he cant afford to lose now experimenting when he has Lebron, Love and Kyrie. Next year is the real championship run: I expect them to win 66 to 70 games
If the Wiz and Cavs make the ECF, there should be a lot of...interesting sound bites between these two coaches.
