Never underestimate Hubris of a rich guy. The problem wasn't who I hired or how I went about hiring them. The issue was that, despite having no front office or NBA experience, i was not personally involved enough.

Spolestra was Pat's guy and was 100% backed by Pat. None of these other coaches have that type of security or longevity. They're all on borrowed time - musical seats.
