This is why grant wanted that option. He's not right and by the time he is and knocks the rust off ,it could be almost the end of the season
If they like what they see at the end of the year,they'll pick up his option. They just want that option year so they won't pay himmillions for just a few months. So all this talk of the cavs being a top east team is

I hope this Anthony Bennett dude is the real deal cause if he is its gonna be a problem. I like most of the moves Cavs have made the last few years except for drafting Tristan Thompson and I probably would have chose Harrison Barnes over Waiters but if Lebron wants to come back to the land next year I'll let the Waiters pick slide

Is Bynum's knees on the same status as Brandon Roy's as far as having no cartilage? I would hope that he could play at least 3 more seasons at a high level. I know his knees are bad but i kind of thought that he was just sitting out last season cause he didn't want to be in Philly. Either way this is not a bad move for Cleveland. If he gives them 30 minutes a night he will be productive and will probably help them get to the playoffs. But if he gets hurt they still have Zeller who is a good young player and Varajeo (provided he doesn't get hurt) to play center.
