its legal in your private house/licensed designated area. i suggest you read the law, because youre pretty off base by thinking you can just walk around in public places sparking up blunts

Prop 64 prohibits (1) smoking or consumption of marijuana in any "public place" or while driving, (2) possession on school grounds, (3) possession of an open container of marijuana while driving or riding in a motor vehicle.

now they might not give you a hassle if they see you in public smoking, but spark on up in front of a cop who aint got shyt better to do than hound your ass and see how legal it is

You sure? They don't give a fukk at football games it seems. They toke up in the bathrooms at Raiders and Niners games. Cops do not care, most Bay Area cops are just trying to collect a check and go home
