Why the hell do the Cavs insist on going after these college coaches...NBA and college athletes are two different breeds...

Who are some good coaching candidates for the Cavs...I'm sure Billy Donovan is a decent coach at the NBA level but tea rely if ever are college coaches successful in the NBA.
