Waiters is valued by some teams more than others. If a team values Waiters, I can see why they would like him. I value Bennett's potential more than I value Waiters. I really don't value TT much more than a solid NBA player.

I'm guessing Waiters would have to go to the Warriors, they were linked to him in the draft a couple years back, West is the GM that supposedly gave him a promise, the Cavs took him without a workout and the Warriors ended up with Barnes. That is the only way the trade would work.
