Big Brother is a marathon, not a sprint. The reason we keep seeing all these bad moves is because casting tends to recruit actors, models, bloggers, and people who want to be on reality tv, as opposed to Big Brother fans who are prepared to compete. Even a casual fan who doesn’t follow feeds is at an disadvantage. Every year, half the house has never seen the show before sequester.

Now that being an influencer and you tube personality is an actual job, you have all these people who care more about attention than playing a game. They’re also broke, and many of them just want to make jury so they get paid a bigger stipend.
