Biggest trade partner and purchaser of our goods is the U.S.
It makes sense the lower the dollar the more business were going to do on many levels...When the economy was at its best dollar was much lower than 90 cents breh...

Dan son Me too. Did you get a scholarship too?

I'm from the States I just live in Canada now... But yeah I had a scholerships, which makes my Loans not so big.
:russ:

Interest and depreciated currency. Goddamn dude, you might need to just commit that and call it a life. You gave it a try.:francis:
:mjcry:

It ain't so bad though cause the reason I moved to Canada Was for a Job that pays pretty good, Plus my student Loans ain't THAT crazy cause I had a partial Scholarship.

But soon as I find a job in the States that pays as much or better than what I get here, me and the fam are OUT!!!

The Opposite Of Elliott Wilson's Mohawk
It's not really Harper. It's Bank of Canada keeping interest rates low to a) keep the housing market hot (turns out boomers didn't save enough for retirement and need to cash out on all that expensive real estate they are sitting on) and b) try and get Ontario's economy pumping again. A high dollar actually sort of hurts us as only Alberta really does well. Exporting in the other provinces all takes a hit with a high dollar.
Meanwhile the US bout to raise rates

Feel the strengfh of the hegemony :takedat:

The Worst.

Even buying a 2 bedroom apartment in the city is almost at 1 mill.

These Canadians think it will never be a housing bubble burst, I done already lived through one in the states.

And I know one is coming here, no matter how many Chinese millionaires keep pouring money into the market.

Most don't even live in the houses they buy so all they are doing is raising the rates for everyone else :snoop:

Could prob have kyrie irving, Kevin love and lebron as your neighbours with a million dollar house in ohio

And I believe it will happen, in the late 80s interest rates were nearly 20 percent not saying it will reach that high but even 3-4 percent and alot of :to:

Housing prices are just not sustainable for the average person

And those asiaj investors all they pay is property taxes don't live there and it effects everything from schools having to close to businesses shutting down
