Since COVID we've loss a lot of bodybuilders. We know these dudes weren't natural and they needed steroids to compete and make money.

COVID fukked up the supply chain for everything and maybe that included clean and safe steroids. Or even proper medical instructors to give you the correct dosage.

Working out is hard on the body. Drinking sodas and eating is pretty damn easy. You don't need to stretch, you're not gonna going to pull something or have sprains or strains, stress fractures, you don't need to take Epsom salt baths, get massages, go to the chiropractor, you're not getting your heart in the 150+ bpm range for an extended amount of time......
