He can play.....just not as an full time NFL qb, especially as a starter. Should have made that TE/HB hybrid position switch long ago.

We all know how this story ends.
You see where he was drafted? C'mon son. Dude had 0 business getting picked where he did. That IMO was a huge chance.
Anyways, this is the perfect example where stats do not tell the whole story. If you actually watched the game, his play was hardly impressive...neither was Barkley's but gotdamn....this dude get so many chances.

He continued to only look at his first read and nothing else. But when the rush came, he evaded it and made plays.
I was thinking last night, if you had one drive to score a touchdown... who would you want to lead the team to said touchdown? Him or Barkley? (hypothetically speaking of course)
I was watching Barkley and he just looked like a frustrated kid out there. No drive, no fight. At least Tebow has leadership skills and a desire to win.
I'd go with Tebow.

You guys know he was playing against players who will probably be cut or never play in NFL right?.The players Tebow played against were at best 3rd stringers-practice squad players. Another thing 3rd string quarterbacks barely play,Tebow was brought in as a 2 point conversion specialist.Chip might keep him but if he doesn't its because he needs that roster spot for an extra linebacker.
