really? I thought coke and a bp lowering substance would actually be better. But I don't do it often at all. generally just makes me drink alcohol at a much greater volume. props for looking out tho.

i dont know about the whole other shyt thats being talked about for celery seed..but it does its thing for BP..ive been on it for 3 years...when my BP started creeping into upper limits for normal, the nurse practitioner mentioned something about celery seed being good for lowering it...i went to vitamin shoppe and got a bottle...check up 6 months later..went down considerably..but im also a gym rat too so that helped as well
