Cell Phone Services Provider surcharges?

Looking at my bill i notices something called Sprint Surcharges.

Explanation of charge

Sprint Surcharges are rates we choose to collect from you to help defray costs imposed on us. Surcharges are not taxes on you or amounts we are required to collect from you by law. Surcharges other charges incurred to recover costs associated with governmental programs, and certain taxes imposed upon Sprint. The amounts, and the components used to calculate Surcharge amounts, are subject to change.

Before I go off, does anybody else on sprint or any other provider pay this bullshyt.

They all do it in one way or another. AT&T just added like $1 to their bill and people are trying to get out of their contracts as a result.

Those companies fukk you in every way imaginable...people need to make a stand and DUMP them

Tmobile has them, I don't pay any on simple mobile though

$1 on top of all the other shyt they charge. tmobile and sprint are the cheapest overall. Dump sprint man their service is horrible.

tmobile was worst. i had to move around the apartmentjust have conversations. Besides i get a 28% discount with sprint.

Well it aint 28% with the bullshyt surcharges. I was feelin like they charge me that just because of my discount.

I was getting unlimited everything for 65$ but its like $75 after taxes and the surcharges.

It's pretty normal breh unfortunately.



They're still the cheapest though. T mobile service is asscheeks here

Yeah, breh, those are normal.

The real problem is that all of those fees go towards funding government mandated programs that have little to no relevance today.

Also, most of those charges are percentage based off of your usage, so months with lighter usage are subject to less surcharges.

Smaller companies charge the same things, but roll them into your cost up front.
