a lot of iphone parts are paired to that particular device, so that's not really an option.
I don't think that includes mic's, speakers. capacitors , charging ports, back glass, and volume buttons etc.

those are mostly the cheaper parts. except the back glass. and the back glass is ONLY expensive because of the labor involved to replace it.
