So when the Celtics' next 6 game losing streak happen next week, what yall think about KG for first round pick, Terence Jones, Kevin Mchale, and Patrick patterson?

Celtics get Cap reliefs, Celtics hall of famer, and youth along with a draft pick.

KG contract ends simutanoesuly with Lin and Asiks so it seems to be a win now opportunity.

Rockets got losing streaks of their own to be worried about :rondo:

BOSTON (CBS) –

The question regarding who will take Rajon Rondo’s roster spot on the Boston Celtics has been answered.

At least for now.

The Celtics recalled rookie center Fab Melo from the Maine Red Claws on Tuesday, though like his last call-up to Boston, this could just be a medical visit.

Melo missed Maine’s win over the Springfield Armour on Sunday with a quad injury, and could be in town to have it tended to by NBA doctors. This was the case when Melo was called up to Boston last month after suffering a concussion while with the Red Claws.

The seven-footer has appeared in 19 games for Maine this season, averaging 11.3 points, 6.8 rebounds and a NBADL-high 3.8 blocks per game. He returned to action on January 11 following his bout with the concussion, averaging 11.9 points and 6.7 rebounds in seven games.

But should he stay longer, Melo will give the Celtics another big body to clog the paint and pull down some rebounds — something the team has lacked so far this season.

The Celtics drafted Melo 22nd overall out of Syracuse in last year’s NBA Draft as a project player, and assigned him to Maine at the beginning of the season to get him the max amount of playing time

Awesome first half, our offense has finally been solid and diverse, hopefully we can keep it up. I have faith that we will. :blessed:
