Rondo has officially turned the corner and become a superstar over the course of the playoffs. I actually think there is a legitimate chance that he's voted in as the starter for the East all stars next season.
You can't trade him, people are gonna hate and say this is a ridiculous statement, but he's a top 10 player IN THE LEAGUE right now. This is like the 3rd straight playoffs where Rondo was probably one of the top 3 players in the playoffs imho and isn't that very very important?

Rondo is not a top 10 player in the league. He ain't even a top 5 PG.

Nah he's no where near the player d-will is. this isn't even a debate.
He led the league in assists, all star, 3rd team all NBA, 2nd team all defense, and flat out WON GAMES in the playoffs. What the fukk does anybody care about regular season bums?

There were a ton of people that were making that argument, and at worst, he's top 3 with Bron and Durant.
You can build a team around Rondo, anyone still hating on him and saying he's garbage is just hating for the sake of hating. Get over it.

Did I say you were the only one? There's about 30-40 posters who believe that.
Rondo hasn't given enough evidence to show he's a piece you can legitimately build around. Is he garbage? No. But he isn't on the level that Rose, Williams and Paul are on. And until he develops a shooting/finishing +/- scoring skillset, he's never gonna be on their level. It's just that simple.
Rondo is 2nd ALL TIME in playoff triple doubles.
