PG-13 doesn't make them a lock against the Cavs, let alone a realistic challenge for Golden State. You realize these nikkas get Brooklyn's pick next year and protected firsts from Memphis and the Clippers after that too, right? Even if these picks don't have impact for 3-4 years, after that time LeBron will be past his prime and Golden State's best players will be in their 30's. The Celtics would have a legit chance at running the East for years or at least being up there with the 6ers and Bucks.

Blazers should trade the Memphis first rounder; Crabbe, and their own 2017 first for PG. They don't have many avenues to improve and don't seem to want to tank, might as well get PG for a year and make noise in the West.

Nothing Boston can do right now puts them over Cleveland, and IT is expected to have a sharp decline. Their best bet is to take Fultz as their superstar PG of the future, draft one of the elite centers in next year's draft in Bamba/Ayton, and sign Hayward now.
