If there is any caping going on for the “Lucky” incident, it’s because every since the Bill Russell years, when he said he doesn’t play for the city and fans of the Celtics, he plays for the organization because it is easily the most progressive origination in the history of league. I think a lot of players take on that mentality, and if you listen to the old timers, Russell, Silas, KC, they are like a lifelong fraternity once they join that organization.
