That's the second time that's happened to me. The first time was in college when I was going in on an older crowd. The host, a Black dude, pushed me off the stage after I made some crude Sara Palin jokes. Black hosts stay throwing me off stage. lol

Goodnites was the only club in the area that would consistently draw a crowd. I could've drove to Clayton which is 30 min outside of raleigh or Greensboro which is hour and 30 min but I wasnt that pressed to do stand up but I didn't have that momentum

Oh man, that sucks. I live in Chicago so theres sooooo many mics and clubs that I don't really care about that one particular venue. I go to a different mic every night.

My old podcasting partner got blackballed from performing at his local comedy club so he just approached a bunch of bar owners about hosting a mic. Now he runs his own show. If you want it bad enough you can get it.
