This exact situation happened to a relative of mine. Slit their wrists (both) and then jumped off a roof. They didn’t die. Body is all broken up to this day.

They aren’t paralyzed. But their body movement/function is severely limited. They can walk but not for long periods of time. They are more or less a step or two up from being paralyzed.

I probably shouldn’t laugh at them but they are a demon. I won’t go in to much detail, but The things that they have done to the family and others has destroyed any level of sympathy for them.
