vince likes the goofball characters and ridiculous gimmicks..things that he creates specifically
cesaro is essentially self made with most of his best traits being inherent..
cesaro is an old school type and vince tried hard to transition away from that for a good time so going back to it for him probably is a bit weird..i could definitely see him not being high on him..

Yeah I could picture Cesaro feuding with Superstar Billy Graham at Madison Square Garden.
cesaro should've been thrown into that ryberg/mizzark deal and the us strap should've been on the line
