Eventually, but not yet. Cesaro hasn't really defined himself in the E. Sure he has had the US Title Belt, but he hasn't had a story yet that screams "Antonio Cesaro". I do think he is better than Bryan, except he isn't polished as 'Antonio Cesaro' yet. Take a look at Bryan, he does the little things that make him unique. Now take a look at Cesaro, if you had to name one thing you can market him on that makes him stand out, what is it? Strength? Cena uses that. Foreign? Barrett, Sheamus. Bald? Steve Austin, Goldberg

Once Cesaro finds that thing that makes him Cesaro, he will become very successful.
