he can sit behind Cutler for one season ....a lot of career back-ups minus Jones who I think can excel if someone drafts him and Aaron Rodgers him for 2 seasons

I understand he had a shyt OL and had to learn a new scheme last year but he lookedwhen I saw him play.
Jeremy Johnson (Auburn)
Cardale Jones (Ohio State)
Carson Wentz (North Dakota State)
Jacoby Brissett (NC State)
Pat Towles (Kentucky)
Those are guys I would watch for![]()
Ive heard good things about Carson Wentz
can anyone drop thoughts on him? I was thinking he was a sleeper to jump up the draft projections
Good post, nice breakdown ... will definitely be checking for him, especially since Auburn is on the national level a good deal@Brozay I been peeping Jeremy since dude senior HS season was started and this woman I had on my FB was posting his highlights (she lives in that Montgomery area)
I gotta tell you, as a prospect, this guy is amazing. He has ridiculous pocket poise, a cannon, and I haven't ever seen a drive from him where I thought this guy could throw more than 2 incompletions. His vision is spectacular (as evidence by his spring game more than anything). That being said, he has shown flashes of the slightly high ball that many "dual threat" (black) QBs have shown before. His isn't as bad as say a Cam Newton, where it's just sometime uncatchable for the normal receiver, but he could work on that.
If you really want to know his ceiling, a more consistent Jameis with a better 40 time. I doubt he has the same clutchness but who knows. Realistically, JJ is a top 5 prospect.
I guess Im selfishly only thinking of players available for the 2016 draft, but I saw Watson play a couple times last season. Really liked his poise, he's gonna be a monster this seasonDashaun Watson at Clemson
osu qb by committee
Jake Ruddock at Harbaugh U
Oh, that makes sense.I guess Im selfishly only thinking of players available for the 2016 draft, but I saw Watson play a couple times last season. Really liked his poise, he's gonna be a monster this season
I hate to pigeon hole Cook, but dude looks like another MSU 'meh' QB ala Cousins / Stanton (career backup status)Oh, that makes sense.
Ruddock, cardale, and Connor cook are worth watching in the B1G. Hackenberg is unimpressive. Cook at least is generic on some todd Collins shyt.
He is but those guys are NFL players...journey men but generic qbs like that are worth a second or thirdI hate to pigeon hole Cook, but dude looks like another MSU 'meh' QB ala Cousins / Stanton
I'll watch him more closely this season

I saw him Saturday against Montana, he's a big guy with a big arm with underrated athleticism. I could definitely see him being that big time FCS QB prospect like Jimmy G. in 2013.
