Fact is chad is doing 30 days for putting himself in the position he was in. and all the screaming foul play aint gone change shyt. I'm a say this and leave it alone.............. I AGREE WITH HER RULING BEING A LITTLE EXCESSIVE.. HOWEVER so was what chad did...... She probably feel some type of way about him being on probation for hitting a woman in the first place.. As a grown ass man you have to know who you're dealing with and handle them accordingly. I was thinking that too, her whole tone with the agreement made it seem like she originally didn't want to do it which lead to the whole you better thank your lawyer incident in the first place. She clearly was looking for any little tiny reason to fukk Chad over on his deal and sadly Chad gave her one.

the courtroom was full of dumb ass people who thought that was amusing, if no one laughed i bet the judge wouldn't have reacted the way she did. the butt pat wasn't even funny to me, just a bunch of lames waiting to laugh at anything Chad would of done because it was Chad Ochocinco in front them. their response seemed to prompt the judge reaction more. the 30 day sentence was way outta line as well.

What Chad did didn't warrant her sending him to jail for 30 days. Again, Chad didn't get the 30 days on the strength of a contempt of court charge. He got the 30 days because the judge decided to violate his probation after initially agreeing to a deal that said that she wouldn't. This is a clear case of a judge using the judicial system to punish someone based on a personal agenda. He's not doing 30 days because he was convicted of domestic abuse, he's doing 30 days because his judge is an a$$hole. Judges are supposed to uphold the law, not misuse it to punish people based on personal shyt. What Chad did wasn't against the law, nor did it constitute contempt of court. Had she simply violated dude for missing meetings with his PO or whatever this wouldn't be an issue.
