Seen spots like “Just Wings” and “Mr.Beast Burger” just pop up out of nowhere

It don’t even be just chains hustling some of these are unregulated hole in the wall ghost kitchens. I see it like drop shipping but for restaurants.

shyt is terrible this practice shouldn’t be allowed

It's bullshyt, but there's an easy way around it. I always check Yelp and Google Maps for restaurants that seem "new" on Door Dash. If we've never driven past the building, we look it up and cross reference.

Wings/burgers/pizza seem like the most common ghost restaurants. Usually the name just sounds "off" and the menu is really bare.
