So you are really gonna tell me that we had it better during segregation?

Not to mention that during segregation we had to answer to the white man still?

Really dude??

And as for the rest we could of still made black businesses and supported our own after all of that hell.

It's just that after segregation ended everybody ran to white stores.
I just can't take @Blackking seriously when he does corny shyt like this. Its just him trying to be controversial. Talking about "oh we doing bad now, therefore its always bad"

Son. Just stop.

Talked to my grandma a couple weeks ago and she said she felt like black America was in a better place in the 50s/60s then now in terms of having our own shyt and being united:francis: She was actually there seeing how life was in South Carolina, it didn't sound too bad from her experience...she said segregation was just how it was....I guess it depends on the type of black person u are...if u a doctor or something and want to dine out at high class restaurants, live in a diverse McMansion and maybe date a few PAWGs, then I understand how u feel today is much better

lol. I hadn't read the whole thread before I posted. It's still true no matter how many times it has already been posted. :win:
Why aren't others getting it?

"This is what happened with the March on Washington. The whites didn't integrate it; they infiltrated it. Whites joined it; they engulfed it; they became so much a part of it, it lost its original flavor. It ceased to be a black march; it ceased to be militant; it ceased to be angry; it ceased to be impatient. In fact, it ceased to be a march."

aka I have no rebuttal. :russ:

If you want segregation then support a black business or start your own business.
My rebuttal is all over the thread..

You can't see that what you said is sad?

And I HATE it when people respond with "well what are YOOU doing for black people", lol, its a weak ass statement.

I have a black businesses,a non profit for black kids, and I support others..

But that weak shyt has nothing to do with this Convo.

This thread is the reason we can't progress. The mindset that integration was the answer. It failed. Period. Mlk and his like we're for the most part amazing people on a mission. It didn't succeed so we need to accept that and make these empowerment moves. People just make excuses because they are afraid to compete with white folks. Truth hurts. White peoples a ice isn't any colder to you c00ns. If you come record in my studio it won't sound worse then at a cacs studio. The excuses are nauseating.

I don't support white supremacy. I support American goals though.

Learn the difference.

Breh, American goals are a lot of tines white supremacist goals. You would have to be even more specific.
