I don't think people yet understand the disparity between what they're told is successful and what success really is.

He's probably making more money now than he was back when he had hot albums out, but people have been trained to think that if you're not famous anymore then you're broke.
And thats the juvenile mentality that people need to shake when talking about success. David Banner comes to mind and he's said in numerous interviews that he's made way more money doing music for commercials and TV than record labels. People nowadays would rather be famous than financially stable/successful for the rest of their lives and its sad.

This isnt news

Anybody who was a koopa fan knew he's been involved in non-rap business ventures for the longest

In the early 2000's he was selling rims out of the state, out of the country, had em riding chrome in Kuwait
:francis:

You can call him what you want except broke, cause soon as you do, they gone be like "this nikka got jokes
:camby:"

Have you seen where the chamillionaire stay :wtf:

Good for that brothers but....

Cats always been fans now?:mjlol:
Thats what cats do and say that's their African brother and shyt. It is what it is I just personally feel props for him but I'm not going to be claiming dude like he actually family/friends. That's not my success to claim but if it inspires others I'm all for it.

I have to be honest this sounds like some smart dumb stuff and or stuff you should be telling to a different crowd than this one.

Cham is good friends with Mark Suster. And Nas is good friends with Ben Horowitz. They're set.

The Ummah!
Good for him, he's smart. but I wouldnt go as far to say he's a nice dude. Chamillion is a dirtbag :manny:

I still dont get letting his house foreclose as a "business decision", the house was 2 mill :mindblown: that same house now, in that part of houston is worth AT LEAST 5 mill. :snoop:
