Chance and Vic linking back up helps them both tremendously. Chance really only got that one bad album, and even then you can take some songs from off that. It’s just weird that he seemed more complete back then where now it seems like he’s trying to find out who he is as an artist.

Chance's pen is objectively stellar. Top tier mc.
Represents black men well. Fights for us.
Has made some really great music ( although we all know it's subjective)

Since you asked, I regularly listen to Scarface, Redman, Outkast, DOOM, Gibbs, Max B, Clipse, Devin the Dude, Roc Marci, Snoop, Mobb Deep, Ice Cube, Beanie, DMX Camron, Wutang, Nas, Pimp C, Twista, Boldy James, Sauce Walka. I could name more but you get the point. I love all genres really.

In no way shape or form is Chance a top tier MC. You just wish he was. Only thing worse than his raps are his whiny voice. nikka dancing for chicken and shyt. Next you're gonna tell me hammer was a top tier MC. His pen isn't objectively Stellar.
