The argument that if a rapper is only heard of on the internet as a way to discredit their popularity is weak. Everyone uses the internet. The internet is real life now.

However, Chance's problem is that not even hip hop dudes on the internet or media know him. Charlemagne aptly put it as 'never heard anything guy has done'...and I'm the same. This is where the plant theory comes...and it holds a lot of weight.

But even then I don't see why y'all so worked up about it. The last big obvious plant is now your favorite rapper in Drake. So why not give this dude the same 'chance'?
