Ive been doing the ab wheel for months and have it mastered so today i bought a weighted vest to make it tougher
i havent done the exercise yet but im wondering if the extra weight will put too much strain on my lower abdomen and give me a hernia
anyone here have experience with ab wheels and extra weight added? will it make a difference if i just go slower?
