That's cool and all but everybody is gonna have practice shoot around vs the 76ers :comeon:
:snoop:

The point isn't that the Rockets are some dominant force.. The point is that there has been zero proof that they miss Chandler Parsons AT ALL.. And there won't be..Because Ariza is better and does more for this team...

There will be no proof until 2-3 years from now, when Chandler approaches his peak performance. Ariza's been around for 10 years, you know what you're going to get out of him.

It was a short term patch up by the Rockets to get Ariza after the Parsons departure and a long term win for Dallas. Statistically, Ariza has never had a better season than Parsons 2nd season in the league. Yeah, Ariza plays better D - but that's the only true argument y'all have lol.

After Dwight Howard leaves for yet another uniform, we'll see if y'all woulda preferred a Harden/Chandler 1-2 punch or a Harden/Ariza 1-2 punch :mjlol:

but he's no penny :troll:

That move he made at 2:19:wow:.....I was in San Diego at the time, but my uncle called me from NY like

"This Penny Hardaway cat, I want you to study his game"... after that play.

You had to show signs of being a special player to get a cosign from Unk.He was ultra astute when it came to B Ball observations...still is.

The only other dude he really endorsed like that was Pistol Pete Maravich when he bought me this set

Ariza is not only a better defender but a better shooter and rebounder than Parson's LAST year..

What are we doing here?

Don't respond, lets just move on...

What we're doing is proving that Ariza's stock is comparable to Chandler Parsons 2nd pro season; and if players do what they're supposed to do (improve over their 1st couple years in the league), Chandler Parsons will be the better of the two.

And Ariza shot a better 3-point %, but didn't shoot better overall from the field - so let's not spread propaganda.

I'm not here arguing who won or lost the switch of players, because it's too early in the season for that - too early in season(s) for all that. But Houston has been known to make historically terrible roster moves, and while this one is comparable after the first two seasons of Parson's career, Dallas will ultimately be the winner.

Missing Parsons will hurt in the future just like missing Lowry, Gogi, Gay, Patrick Patterson, and Battum. I hope Morey can make it up by landing at least good 2nd tier player, hopefully a point guard.

How does Dallas win in the long run...lets say Parson reaches his potential. He's not a franchise player, so after Dirk retires dude will be useless.

Where as Howard/Harden combo will be around for awhile. Ariza fits them perfectly and can easily go into his mid 30's being a Defender/3point shooter.

Ariza being good defender/3 point shooter=Win

Parson at his peak being a number 1 option=Loss
