Approaching a nikka on some street shyt over some rap shyt at a mans wake is def tacky. Do that shyt on ur own time. Other than that I have no problem with the confrontation.

As I understand it:
Action said one thing but implied another. He didn't say "Ghost ain't rapping about the stuff that I rap about 'cause we're two very different people", he said, "Ghost ain't rapping like this...no more". The this implies that he's doing something Ghost isn't, the no more implies that if Bronson is doing something Ghost isn't then Ghost naturally fell off.

Of course you could take his original statement another way but the statement itself remains an ambiguous statement at best, and a very veiled slight at worst. I say slight because there's something very different about bragging on a black man – as opposed to bragging about hoes and materialistic shyt – that gave you your blueprint AND space to use his voice on some coincidence grounds.

Thus, given the shifting values – the same ones that made Meek fall flat on his face – of the culture today a part of Wu Tang decided to nip this little incident in the butt. And I won't fault them for it because had the Wu let this shyt go Action would've been more bold in his next interview, and bolder in his next until they'd finally approach him and he'd call them "Hypocrites".

As for the funeral part, Popa played this perfectly because:

1- He used a veiled threat to a veiled slight.

Him coming to the funeral really meant two things:
a) I can fukk you up anytime, anywhere B. You step outta line and we will approach you live. and
b) If you thought you were safe at a funeral then I suggest you don't ever presume to understand how the Wu operates.

But it was veiled because he ain't come with no guns, and he had both his hands behind his back in clear physical manifestation that he came in peace.

2- At the end of the day he can go to bed and sleep fine because all he really did was have a talk with a youngin' at a funeral. Which is what old-heads do aside from playing dominos.

TL;DR: It's a W for the Wu because they've portrayed danger without actually being dangerous. That's how real G's move in this dog eats dog world. And make no mistake, Action Bronson proved he would've ate them and blamed the media if given the opening. Well, neither Ghostface nor Popa Wu were gonna give him that much space.
