I personally really liked KC, and BP3 was just mad on the fence, I still can play 4 or 5 joints from that, none of his albums are really "wack" by anybody else's standards but his own.

lemme pose a question tho. Is jay having "wack albums" .. kinda a unfair question? .. nyggas will say he has a wack album because it might be his worst .. while it would be one of the best for mad nyggas in the game?
Can't that be said about "It Was Written", "I Am" & "Nastradamus", "Nas"? Why does Jay-Z get a pass? I even heard people say oh "The Dynasty" wasn't a real Jay-Z album, but Vol. 2 was ? Vol. 2 probably had more guest appearances than "the dynasty".

when you're talk about artists like jay, ye, nas, snoop, etc wack is a relative term. you can't compare them to regular rappers. they can only be compared to their previous albums.
someone like jay drops bp3 and it gets called wack because it was so far off what people expected and his level of music before it. but if future, wiz, or asap rocky dropped that it might even be considered classic because of where they are in their careers.
personally i thought mchg was a mehh album. i didnt expect jay to drop another black album or blueprint, but i expected more because he's a top tier artist and the marketing for this set the standard pretty high for me. and compared to his other albums mchg is pretty low, like bottom 3, imho.

I can agree only because when he drops these albums they're seen as subpar for him. When a person is in competition with himself there's something to be said about that.
