Since Zimmerman had the foresight to kill the only person who knows what happened, he's safe based on the same principles that have kept real cops out of trouble in these situations since the beginning of time. On one side you have the professional family man who donates his time to protecting his neighbors (allegedly), on the other side you have a young black teenager who wasn't an honor student and smoked weed. That alone provides all of the reasonable doubt needed..

Bingo. That's EXACTLY why that fakkit got off. He can't be convicted without reasonable doubt in a basic case of he say (no Trayvon for his version). And not listening to a 911 dispatcher also isn't "illegal". fukking disgusting, but with no eye witness, GZ was EASILY getting off the more you think about it. Especially if you had to prove it with NO reasonable doubt.

The verdict was "correct" insofar as no unbiased witnesses were around to testify as to who physically confronted whom first. Its basically Zimmerman's word against Jenteal's, and like Zimmerman she was biased. Fortunately for him, he had the forensics to bolster his version of events.

It doesn't give Trayvon the right to run up and punch him in the face, no matter how creepy the dude is. (if that's what really happened, but its the ONLY story we have)

The only thing provable with evidence is that Zimmerman chased after Trayvon for some time and then Trayvon hits Zimmerman and gets on top of him before being shot. No one knows for sure WHAT preceded the first punch by Trayvon. Did he do like you said and come back around for Zimmerman, or did Zimmerman eventually find him and put his hands on Trayvon first? We'll never know for sure.

What I do know is if Zimmerman had acted with any kind of common sense he wouldnt have chased Trayvon in the first place. He would have stayed in his car and waited for the police to arrive. If he had acted with any kind of common sense, he would have immediately went BACK to his car after the dispatcher told him they didnt need him to follow Trayvon. I dont believe for a goddamned second that he had trouble finding his way back to his truck and was looking at street signs. I cant prove it but I know he was disobeying orders and was looking for Trayvon on the low. Zimmerman's initial actions caused Trayvon's death and if this stupid bytch didnt have such a hard on for being a wannabe cop Trayvon would still be alive.

If the prosecution didnt bow to public outcry, they would have charged Zimmerman correctly with either manslaughter and/or negligent homicide in the beginning, and most likely got convictions.
