WHODEY/BIGBLUE/SNOWGANG/MIDNIGHTBOYZ

Chicago local news and regional sites are reporting. We dont see this anywhere else. And, overall, this isnprobably the biggest thing going on in the black community. This should be a bigger deal amongst us. This is what we should be panicking about and crying in the streets about. People throw small protests all the time for murders and shyt. Big deal. It's not being brought to the forefront of our attention like this fukking trial was. This trial, in the grand scheme of things, means almost jack shyt for the black community going on into the future. Maybe another notch in the W column, I guess, but that's it.

The problem with the line of thinking is that it presumes that there's an equal standard of justice for all people. Stop using the law as an excuse. We all know that if the situation was reversed, Trayvon is arrested that night and would be in jail right now. Zimmerman isn't free because there isn't enough evidence to convict, he's free because the people on that jury placed little to no value on Trayvon's life.

Exactly. The law is subject to interpretation.

Mr. Barkley's opinion is no more illogical than most of yours. If Mr. Martin was scared and ran from Mr. Zimmerman, how did Mr. Zimmerman track him down? Why are we ignoring the 911 calls? A fight clearly took place. Mr. Zimmerman wasnt exactly profiling as he was unsure of Mr. Martins ethnicity. It would be wrong to convict Mr. Zimmerman with so many unanswered questions. The only certainty is Mr.Zimmerman killed Mr. Martin, was it maliciously or accidentally we'll never know.

Bingo. That's EXACTLY why that fakkit got off. He can't be convicted without reasonable doubt in a basic case of he say (no Trayvon for his version). And not listening to a 911 dispatcher also isn't "illegal". fukking disgusting, but with no eye witness, GZ was EASILY getting off the more you think about it. Especially if you had to prove it with NO reasonable doubt.

He got off because of a predominantly white jury and the prosecution barely giving any fukks.

Funny how Marrisa Alexander got 20 years for firing a gun when there was WAY more evidence of self defense in her case. She went up against the same prosecution team too (though Corey directly handled it in that instance).

He likely wasn't gonna get murder 2 but he DEFINITELY should have gotten manslaughter.

Should Mr.Simpson have been convicted for the muders of Mr.Goldman & Mrs. Simpson?

:comeon:

Eh, I'm bored right now so I'll briefly entertain your trollish ways.

If Mr. Martin was scared and ran from Mr. Zimmerman, how did Mr. Zimmerman track him down?

:stopitslime:

One of the few hard facts in the case is that Zimmerman was following Trayvon Martin. By Zimmerman's own admission Trayvon Martin ran away from him.

Why are we ignoring the 911 calls?

You mean the one where Zimmerman admits to watching Trayvon Martin, admits that Trayvon notice him watching him then ran, and then admits to following after Trayvon when ran?

Or are you talking about the 911 call where you can hear screaming that INSTANTLY stopped the moment the gun is fired?

A fight clearly took place.

Nobody is arguing that a fight didn't take place. The question is who started the fight and who's actions lead to Trayvon Martin's death. Zimmerman's account of the events are considered hearsay for the most part.

Mr. Zimmerman wasnt exactly profiling as he was unsure of Mr. Martins ethnicity.

Then why was his defense arguing exactly the opposite. They said he was suspicious of Trayvon because there had been a bunch of black males robbing houses in that neighborhood.

It would be wrong to convict Mr. Zimmerman with so many unanswered questions. The only certainty is Mr.Zimmerman killed Mr. Martin, was it maliciously or accidentally we'll never know.

Well we know for a fact that it wasn't done accidentally, Zimmerman has admitted to shooting Trayvon Martin, he claimed it was done in self defense. And there actually was enough evidence to convict him of manslaughter.

Actually, that stand your ground law does give Trayvon the right to fight back since it is reasonable that he felt endangered by some molester looking Latino guy following him around the neighborhood.

All that Barkley is really right about is that the lack of evidence did make a conviction difficult. Since Zimmerman had the foresight to kill the only person who knows what happened, he's safe based on the same principles that have kept real cops out of trouble in these situations since the beginning of time. On one side you have the professional family man who donates his time to protecting his neighbors (allegedly), on the other side you have a young black teenager who wasn't an honor student and smoked weed. That alone provides all of the reasonable doubt needed.

The disgusting part of it is that a station like Fox News can go on the air and lob slow pitch softball questions up to him so he can be portrayed like the polite well mannered "why can't they all be more like him" minority who has risen up and now protects white america against his own flesh and blood. It's sickening that people donated money to the piece of shyt.

No it doesn't. Somebody following you by itself does not give you the right to physically attack them. Try going to court on a battery charge and explaining to the judge your reason for hitting somebody is because they were following you. You will lose.

Pretty sure it's considered a "racial slur" to crackas, you dumb shyt. It's not just the few idiots protesting. Our "leaders" egging us on, trying to make this a racial thing, trying to keep this country divided. Protesting what, man? What the fukk are these people really protesting? This one man's death? I know it's cliche at this point and white folks have been saying it, but it's true... Where are the fukking protests in Chicago? Why is Al not trying to rally our people there? Why can't we get ahold of the violence in our own community? Why does it have to take am someone of another race to kill one of us for us to then get so fed up with it. nikkas are shot everyday, b. that's why I don't give a fukk about this case. nikka I smoked wit n was in class with was shot over his cell phone mane. Where is the rallies for that stupidity, mane? Shouldn't we be more upset when we do this to ourselves since we already know they're out to get us?

These crackas are hardly the ones holding us back the most nowadays. But we're being focused in this one small fukking issue like there ain't other shyt goin on for us
SHUT YO DUMB ASS UP
