No he's c00ning we hear these white people constantly talking about and using the 2nd amendment as an excuse. It seems that shyt goes right out the window for black people.
Church. Like they'd be checking to see who it is first after your door gets kicked in. :rudy:

The BF shot at them cause they just kicked in the door and came in. If somebody invaded your home you gonna check to see who it is before you shoot at them?

I would do the same thing.....but in the court of law none of those men would be found guilty of murder.
The problem is the system. The very idea of a no knock warrant is ridiculous. And serving it while a person is sleep after midnight is also not smart, but it isn't criminal.
The state of Kentucky recognized the error by changing the policy and rewarding the family with a record amount of money but there wasn't really a case to prosecute criminally.

Yeah Shaq was right in that you can't really charge them with murder. Murder has a legal definition and is premeditated. They were serving a warrant. There was gross negligence involved but this is more like manslaughter than murder.

The problem with a no knock warrant is the very act of it invites what happened in this case. Still if you kill someone on the job especially an innocent person there has to be some consequences for that. When people are put in a situation where there aren't any consequences it invites reckless behavior. That's a major issue with police in general. Usually they control the narrative of whatever they do.
