The graduation rate for black people has increased by 11 percent in 5 years. The numbers are steady growing. Black people do value education. If we didn't, the graduation rate wouldn't increase.

You, as an employer or someone with resources, can be serious about it all you want but if the nikkas that you're hiring or working with aren't then you're setting yourself and your business up for failure. In the business that I'm in one bad employee can get your shyt closed down. I'm not willing to risk that shyt in 2015. Most of my employees are black and are excellent at their work. However, I've had a few bad experiences lately which I consider my wake up call.
Going forward a black person will get no special consideration when it comes to employment or any other opportunity at my business just because they're black. Being black won't net you any extra points.
